About this program
Access to healthcare should never be a privilege. In many communities across Ghana, children go without basic medical care simply because their families cannot afford it, or because healthcare facilities are too far away to reach. Hopefront Foundation exists to close that gap.
Our health outreach teams travel directly into underserved communities, setting up free screening camps where children can receive medical checkups, nutrition assessments, and health education — all at no cost to their families.
We do not just screen and leave. Where we identify children who need specialist care or ongoing treatment, we facilitate referrals and work with partner healthcare providers to ensure they receive the help they need. We follow up. We stay connected. We care.
